Recipe Name: Hot Artichoke and
Tuna Spread
Ingredients: 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 can (6 oz.) Benzs
Tuna, drained
2 to 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
French bread or assorted crackers
1/4 cup chopped canned green chilies
1 or 2 cloves garlic
1 jar (12 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, drained
hot pepper sauce to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Direction: In blender or food processor bowl with metal
blade, place all ingredients except bread. Process until
blended but not pureed.
Transfer mixture to ovenproof serving dish. Bake, uncovered
in 350 degree Fahrenheit oven about 30 minutes or until
mixture is golden |
